Description
Sochan is a really cool plant because it is tall, and has really pretty yellow and green flowers, yet it loves the shade. If it is happy it will spread and fill the garden space.
Best of all it provides an edible early spring green to the garden! Because of its spreading nature, it is easy to collect in meal sized quantities. It is a mild green overall, but with its own distinct quality.
